Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction

If you use the App on behalf of a group or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Use of the App

NomadExpenses allows you to track spending, use multi-currency features, and collaborate via shared spaces. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Invite only trusted individuals to shared spaces

You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.

3. Shared Spaces and User Content

When adding content (such as expenses and notes) to the App:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You permit us to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the App
• Users invited to a shared space may access all content in that space

We are not responsible for how other users may use shared content. Choose collaborators carefully.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a subscription:

• Prices and details are displayed in the App and may change
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds follow Apple App Store policies

Manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Violate the privacy or rights of others

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is handled. The Privacy Policy is available within the App and on our website.

7. Intellectual Property

All design elements, trademarks, software, and content in the App (excluding your own content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or derive works from the App.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Perfect accuracy of data or currency conversions
• Complete security of stored or synced data

Your use of the App is at your own risk, particularly regarding financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for claims will not exceed amounts paid in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some terms may not apply to you.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Backup retention after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated within the App or by email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s country of residence, without regard to conflicts of law. Local consumer protections may apply.
