• Information from Sign in with Apple
• Name, if you choose to provide it

• Expense entries, categories, currencies, and shared-space content
• Device and app version information
• Analytics data (anonymized and aggregated)

We do not collect financial account credentials or precise location data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• Account creation, login, and authentication
• Expense tracking and multi-currency support
• Data syncing among devices and shared spaces
• Subscription purchase processing
• App performance monitoring, improvement, and security

Where required (such as in the EU), we rely on legal bases including performance of a contract, legitimate interest, and consent.

3. Data Sharing & Collaboration

Shared Spaces: Users invited into a shared space can view all expense entries inside that space. You are responsible for inviting trusted individuals.

Service Providers: We share data only with providers essential to operating the App (for hosting, email, analytics, and payments). These providers are bound by confidentiality and process data on our behalf.

We do not sell personal data.

4. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the European Union or other regions. When transfers occur across borders, we use legally approved safeguards consistent with data protection regulations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed and remaining backups deleted within up to 30 days.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. Although no system is fully secure, we continuously work to protect your data.

Depending on your location, your rights may include:

• Access, correction, or deletion of your data
